URGENT HIRING – ELECTRICAL BIM MODELER

Universal BIM is expanding its team and looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler with 3–5 years of UAE experience to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in Electrical BIM Modeling.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

• Good knowledge of lighting, power, cable containment, and electrical services modeling.

• Experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, and preparation of shop drawings.

• Understanding of UAE project requirements, electrical standards, and consultant specifications.

• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE; immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.

• Prepare electrical shop drawings, lighting layouts, power layouts, and cable tray routing.

• Coordinate electrical models with mechanical, plumbing, firefighting, architectural, and structural disciplines.

• Perform clash detection, resolve modeling issues, and update models based on coordination feedback.

• Prepare coordinated drawings, sections, details, and as-built documentation.

• Ensure model accuracy, follow project BIM standards, and meet project deadlines.
