Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment. The role involves power distribution, control systems, automation, and electrical infrastructure while ensuring compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems, circuits, and components for new and existing projects.

• Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of electrical equipment.

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Review technical specifications and engineering calculations.

• Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.

• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Prepare project reports, budgets, and schedules.

• Provide technical support to operations, maintenance, and production teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in India or GCC.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, MATLAB, or similar engineering software.

• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards such as NEC, IEC, and IEEE.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
