We are a reputable company that specializes in building contracting, MEP works, and interior fit-out projects throughout the UAE. As we continue to grow, we are in search of a qualified and DEWA/Civil Defence-approved Senior Electrical Engineer to become a part of our dynamic team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly proficient and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate must possess DEWA and Dubai Civil Defence approvals, along with a demonstrated history of managing electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, review, and oversee the implementation of electrical systems in accordance with UAE regulations.

  • Prepare and submit applications to DEWA and Civil Defence, ensuring follow-up until approvals are secured.

  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities to guarantee adherence to project timelines and compliance.

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure that all installations conform to approved drawings and safety standards.

  • Manage procurement processes and ensure the timely delivery of electrical materials and equipment.

  • Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors.

  • Prepare project documentation, including technical reports, drawings, load schedules, and shop drawings.

  • Address technical issues, design modifications, and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., DEWA, DCD, Dubai Municipality).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

  • A minimum of 4 years of electrical engineering experience in the UAE.

  • DEWA & Dubai Civil Defence approved Engineer (mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of local electrical codes, regulations, and authority processes.

  • Experience in MEP, fit-out, and building contracting projects.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design software.

  • Excellent communication, project coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

  • A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in MEP coordination and related fields.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
