Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve electrical design drawings, load calculations, and technical specifications.

• Coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards.

• Participate in value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

• Supervise on-site electrical works including power distribution, lighting systems, ELV systems, fire alarm, and grounding systems.

• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project timelines.

• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams to avoid conflicts.

• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills

• Strong written and verbal communication

• experience in real estate projects

• +6 years experience in same filed.
