Electrical Engineer – Education Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Electrical Engineer to drive sales and business development for our electrical, automation, engineering laboratory, TVET, and technical training solutions in Qatar. The ideal candidate will combine strong electrical engineering knowledge with sales and communication skills to identify opportunities, develop relationships with schools and universities, present technical solutions, prepare quotations and tenders, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new sales and business opportunities across Qatar.

• Build relationships with schools, universities, TVET institutes, government entities, and industrial organizations.

• Identify projects, tenders, and potential customers.

• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.

• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical demonstrations.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.

• Promote electrical, automation, PLC, control, laboratory, and technical training solutions.

• Maintain customer relationships and sales pipeline.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

• Experience in technical sales, electrical sales, education sales, or business development.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Experience with schools, universities, TVET, or government customers is an advantage.

• Qatar market experience and existing customer contacts are preferred.

• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
