Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Electrical Engineer will design and review electrical systems for construction and interior fit-out projects, including power distribution, lighting, and MEP integration. Daily tasks include preparing drawings and technical specifications, performing load calculations, and ensuring designs comply with local codes and international standards. The role involves coordinating with architects, civil engineers, site supervisors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and support smooth project execution. The Electrical Engineer will also participate in site inspections, support testing and commissioning activities, and provide technical input for procurement and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of core electrical principles and applications.

• Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design and Power Distribution for building and interior fit-out projects.

• Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems, including load analysis, protection coordination, and system reliability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field; professional certification or local registration is an advantage.

• Experience in building services, MEP coordination, and compliance with Saudi Building Codes or similar standards is preferred.

• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar), and familiarity with applicable electrical codes and safety regulations.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.

• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
