We’re on the lookout for talented and enthusiastic Van/Foot Mobile Mechanical and Electrical Building Maintenance Engineers to join our exciting and dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in delivering a 5-star service experience across a wide range of prestigious customer portfolios throughout London.

About the Role:

As one of our go-to engineers, you’ll be responsible for a variety of key maintenance tasks, including:

Completing daily PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
Handling reactive maintenance and minor repairs across M&E systems
Delivering top-tier client service and building lasting relationships
Assisting with internal holiday and sickness cover within the wider engineering team when needed

You'll be operating in a fully mobile role either by foot or using a company provided van + Fuel Card, travelling between client sites to ensure smooth and reliable operation.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in mechanical and electrical building maintenance
Recognised qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive attitude
Full UK driving licence (desirable)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Flexibility to support colleagues and adapt to changing priorities
Planned Preventative Maintenance.
Complete the appropriate paperwork (logs and reports).
Reactive maintenance & emergency breakdown tasks as required.
Work on a range of different contracts, buildings and client sites as requested, fulfilling the requirements of SLA’s.
Supervision of visiting sub-contractors standard of work and Health and Safety.
Be on a call out Rota to provide the client with out of hours cover when required.
