ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

• Evaluate & select best possible work methodology for cost effective utilization of available resources.

• Review & assign targets to the site staff and effectively monitor the work progress on daily basis to ensure timely completion of work assigned

• Direct & supervise the work activity of excavation, cable pulling, jointing & fitting team through direct supervision / foreman to achieve the set performance benchmark on job site

• Ensure the assigned work has complied with the specifications, codes & standards according to the shop drawings and all technical designs are in-line with customer requirements

• Ensure the assigned task meet agreed specifications, budgets / timelines

• Ensure the proper safety arrangement and arrange the tool box talk at the site

• Maintain strong liaison with the client(s), consultants, subcontractor(s), project managers, surveyors, site foreman and other stakeholders for quick resolution of onsite and contractual problems

• Provide technical advice and solve problems on site

• Timely submit Material request form (i.e. MRF) to stores and ensure all other documentation are completed in time

• In-case of any accidents / incidents at site, initiate investigation regarding the issue and provide the report

• Ensure timely submission of Timesheets to HR department after completion of all signatures/approvals for all the reporting site staff.

• Perform any other related duties assigned by the management.
