Job description

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)

7–12 years of experience in MEP electrical project engineering, with a strong track record specifically in precast villa or residential precast construction projects

Demonstrated experience leading electrical scope on multi-unit villa developments, ideally with team/subordinate management experience

In-depth knowledge of UAE electrical codes, DEWA regulations, Civil Defense approval processes, and precast villa coordination workflows (factory casting coordination, embedment scheduling, snag/de-snag processes)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and project management/scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6)
