Job description
We are hiring a Project Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience in power systems. You will manage a substation project from start to finish. Your role includes site coordination, contractor management, design review, and ensuring strict site safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily project operations for power infrastructure sites.

Ensure projects finish on time, within scope, and under budget.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams.

Review technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

Monitor site safety, quality control, and environmental standards.

Prepare progress reports, schedules, and technical documentation.

Resolve site technical issues and manage testing and commissioning.

Required Qualifications

Educatio n: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experienc e: Minimum 5 to 9 years in power sector.

Domain Expertis e: Proven hands-on experience in high-voltage (HV/EHV) substations.

Technical Skill s: Strong knowledge of grid codes, safety standards, and project software (MS Project/Primavera.

Soft Skill s: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
