About Your Team

Our Site Electrical Engineering team is dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality, and program-compliant electrical installation, testing, and finishing works across complex, multi-floor construction projects. Working closely with project leadership, consultants, subcontractors, and MEP teams, we ensure seamless coordination from rough-in stages through to final energization, testing, commissioning, and client handover. Through strong technical knowledge, proactive coordination, and a safety-first mindset, our team drives efficient execution, resolves on-site challenges, and ensures every electrical system operates in line with design intent, QA/QC standards, and project milestones.

Your Role

• Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and method statements to ensure clarity and feasibility of planned works.

• Coordinate electrical installation activities with subcontractors, consultants, and main project teams.

• Conduct regular site inspections and raise work inspection requests for electrical works to QA/QC.

• Track and report progress on assigned electrical activities to leadership.

• Liaise with QA/QC to address inspection comments, non-conformances, and closeout actions.

• Ensure electrical works are executed in line with design specifications and approved documentation.

• Support the implementation of electrical safety procedures and monitor compliance within work areas.

• Assist in compiling red-line electrical drawings and as-built documentation.

• Participate in short-term lookahead planning and MEP interface coordination.

• Apply technical expertise and discipline-specific electrical knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes within your area of specialization.

• Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Strong understanding of electrical technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

• Familiarity with method statements, inspections, and quality documentation.

• Awareness of local electrical standards and compliance requirements.

• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and electrical subcontractors.

• Good attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

• Awareness of electrical safety practices and lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Exposure to BIM tools, AutoCAD, and document control platforms.

• Understanding of electrical testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
