Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a skilled Electrician** to join our team supporting a key client portfolio across Adelaide Metro . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys preventative and reactive maintenance, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

** Working Monday to Friday, you'll be supported by an experienced team while having the autonomy to manage your daily workload across multiple sites.

### About the Role

Reporting to the Account Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering preventative and reactive electrical maintenance services across several sites .

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out preventative and reactive electrical maintenance

• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently

• Conducting routine inspections and identifying maintenance requirements

• Maintaining electrical plant and equipment to a high standard

• Responding to breakdowns and service requests

• Completing maintenance reports and compliance documentation

• Liaising with client stakeholders and providing excellent customer service

• Supporting site safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures

### About You

We're looking for a reliable and proactive Electrician who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional service.

To be successful, you will have:

• Current Electrical Licence

• 4+ years of post-trade experience

• Experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities maintenance environments

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance

### Licences & Checks

The successful candidate will be required to complete and maintain all relevant checks and clearances, including:

• National Police Check

• Pre-employment Medical Assessment

• White Card

• Working at Heights certification

• EWP Licence highly regarded
