Electronics & Electrical Engineer ( Educational Services )

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Electronic & Electrical Sales Engineer to develop and grow our Technical and Vocational Education (TVET) , engineering education, and technical training solutions business in Qatar. The role requires a strong combination of engineering knowledge, technical sales expertise, and business development skills to identify opportunities, build customer relationships, deliver technical presentations, prepare proposals and tenders, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical sales & business development across Qatar.

• Identify new business opportunities, projects & tenders.

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations & product demonstrations.

• Prepare quotations, technical proposals & tender submissions.

• Build relationships with TVET institutes, universities, schools, government entities & industrial training organizations.

• Promote solutions in automation, robotics, mechatronics, electrical/electronics, engineering laboratories & vocational training equipment.

• Achieve sales targets, revenue goals & KPIs.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and market intelligence.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Robotics & Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in Technical / Engineering Sales or Business Development.

• Strong understanding of technical products, systems, specifications & applications.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation & closing skills.

• Qatar market experience and existing education/industrial contacts are an advantage.

• Valid Qatar Driving License is Mandatory
