Job description

Full-Time English Language Teacher (ESP, IELTS & Business English) – Dubai, Nad Al Hammar.

We are seeking a highly qualified and professional Full-Time English Language Teacher to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP), particularly General English, Business English, IELTS and TOEFL. Preferable to have a proven track record of teaching learners in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality English language instruction to adult learners and professionals.

  • Teach a range of courses including General English, Business English, and English for Specific Purposes (ESP).

  • Design and adapt lesson plans to meet the specific linguistic and professional needs of learners.

  • Create an engaging, learner-centered classroom environment that promotes confidence and effective communication.

  • Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

  • Maintain accurate attendance, progress reports, and student records.

  • Collaborate with the academic team to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.

  • Recognized English language teaching qualification (CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent) is an advantage.

  • Proven experience teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP).

  • Previous teaching experience in Dubai or the UAE is essential.

  • Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to teach professionals, corporate clients, and adult learners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
