About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. Working across a 7-day rotating roster, you will contribute to the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care within a small and supportive rural health service.
As part of a multidisciplinary team comprising Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, administrative, and support staff, you will work collaboratively to meet the healthcare needs of our community. The successful applicant will be supported by experienced Registered Nurses, the Nursing Unit Manager, Health Service Manager, educators, and other senior clinicians to ensure ongoing professional development and clinical excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate well-developed clinical skills, the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, sound clinical judgement, problem-solving abilities, leadership capability, and proficiency in the use of contemporary healthcare technology are essential. A collaborative approach and commitment to teamwork will be highly regarded.
