This is a strategic architecture and governance role responsible for establishing the enterprise CRM and Salesforce reference architecture, shaping the transformation of the global customer care and call center ecosystem, and ensuring architectural integrity across regions, internal delivery teams, and strategic system integrators.

The Enterprise Architect will act as the Technical Design Authority for the Salesforce ecosystem, providing architectural direction, establishing technology standards and guardrails, and reviewing and approving major solution designs and technical deliverables.

The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce and CRM architecture expertise with enterprise architecture leadership, strong integration and contact-center technology experience, and a proven track record within global FMCG or consumer goods organizations.

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration (with an IT focus), or a related field.

  • More than 12 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with at least 5 years focused specifically on CRM systems and the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

  • Salesforce Certified System Architect and/or Application Architect.

  • Deep technical understanding of Salesforce platform limits, multi-tenant architecture, apex/lightning web components (LWC) frameworks, and declarative capabilities.

  • Proven experience utilizing LeanIX (or equivalent enterprise architecture tools like Signavio, Alfabet, or ADOIT) to model enterprise application landscapes and business capabilities.

  • Solid experience with call center technologies, telephony integrations (e.g., Amazon Connect, Genesys, Avaya), and Salesforce Service Cloud features (Omni-Channel, Einstein AI, Knowledge, Case Management).

  • Strong understanding of modern integration paradigms (API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, pub/sub, ETL) and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Solace, Azure Integration Services).

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce sandbox management, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Flosum), and Salesforce DX.

  • Experience working in a global FMCG / consumer goods enterprise, with an understanding of retail execution, commercial sales models, route-to-market, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) flows.

  • Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with SAP S/4HANA or other global ERP platforms.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence senior business and IT stakeholders and drive alignment across federated and regional organizational structures.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on business-value-driven architecture.

  • Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced, matrixed, and culturally diverse global environment.
