You will work alongside Senior Product Managers to shape the future of IBM Cloud, from validating customer needs to defining the solution requirements. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will work across departments to build the best solutions to complex problems.

Support Senior Product Managers in the day-to-day and strategic management of a product
Help define and execute product strategy
Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap
Track product performance and metrics
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Required Technical and Professional Experience:

Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud services
Exposure to product lifecycles, roadmaps, release cadence and support
Exposure to customer-driven usability and hypothesis-driven experimentation
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
