ERP BUSINESS ANALYST

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

* 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, ERP, Digital Transformation, or Systems Implementation

* Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP system

* Experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects

* Strong knowledge of business process analysis & workflow design

* Strong requirements gathering, functional documentation, UAT & testing experience

* Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders & ERP vendors

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Advanced Excel & Reporting/BI skills

* SQL knowledge preferred

* Experience with 1C, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms is highly desirable

* Contracting, Construction, Engineering, Landscaping, or project-based industry experience is highly preferred-- Apply only if you have above experinces - A strong Expereince in ERP Systems
