Job description
We are looking for an experienced Estimation & Cost Controller to join our team, specializing in steel structures, car parking shades, tensile structures, tents, and related construction works.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and competitive quotations.

Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Prepare material take-offs and labor cost calculations.

Monitor project budgets, actual costs, and profitability.

Control material consumption, wastage, and project expenses.

Prepare cost reports, variation claims, and budget forecasts.

Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in estimation and cost control.

Experience in steel fabrication or construction projects preferred.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and BOQ preparation.

Knowledge of UAE material prices, labor rates, and subcontractor costs.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
