Estimation Engineer(Civil)

Seeking a Civil Estimation Engineer with 2**–3 years of UAE experience** and a Civil Engineering degree to prepare cost estimates, manage tenders, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Must have expertise in construction methods, estimation software, and cost optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• UAE: 2 to 3 Years (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for civil construction projects

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents

• Conduct quantity take-offs and material/labor cost analysis

• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

• Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend cost optimization measures

• Ensure estimates comply with project specifications and applicable UAE regulations

• Coordinate with the technical, procurement, and project teams during the tendering process
