ESTIMATION ENGINEER – INTERIOR FIT-OUT

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and quotations

• Review tender drawings, specifications, and project requirements

• Prepare detailed rate analysis and cost breakdowns

• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

• Coordinate with the design, procurement, commercial, and project teams

• Review architectural, interior, and shop drawings for estimation purposes

• Ensure competitive and commercially viable tender submissions

• Maintain proper records of estimates, quotations, and tender documents

Requirements

• Upto 2 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out estimation

• UAE experience is not mandatory. Candidates with UAE experience will have an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, joinery, ceilings, flooring, partitions, finishes, and related works

• Ability to read and understand architectural, interior, and shop drawings

• Strong knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD

• Experience in supplier/subcontractor coordination and material pricing

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines
