Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for interior fit-out and joinery projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, material costing, and tender preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for interior fit-out and joinery projects.

• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.

• Calculate quantities of materials, labour, and other project requirements.

• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and commercial proposals.

• Estimate costs for joinery, partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, and finishing works.

• Coordinate with the sales, design, procurement, and project teams.

• Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive prices.

• Analyse project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Ensure quotations are accurate and submitted within deadlines.

• Review project scope and identify any missing items or discrepancies.

• Maintain estimation records and update cost databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out estimation.

• Strong knowledge of joinery, fit-out materials, and finishing works.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

• Experience in preparing quotations, tender submissions, and cost breakdowns.

• Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
