Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an Estimator to join our commercial team in Doha. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for our contracting and architectural solutions business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.

• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work.

• Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.

• Calculate material, labour, installation, and project costs.

• Coordinate with the sales, fabrication, and site teams to ensure accurate pricing.

• Maintain tender and quotation records and follow up on submitted tenders.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field preferred.

• Local Qatar/Doha experience is essential.

• Previous experience in estimation/tendering within construction, façade, aluminium, glass, steel, fit-out, or related contracting preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, AUTOCAD, project management tools and ability to read technical drawings.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet tender deadlines.
