Estimator - Steel and Aluminium

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs.

• Prepare project cost estimates and tender pricing.

• Prepare Project Submission documents.

• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Coordinate with Design, Technical, Procurement, and Project teams.

• Prepare cost breakdowns for materials, labor, subcontractors, equipment, and other project expenses.

• Monitor project budget against actual and committed costs.

• Prepare cost reports and support project cost control.

• Assist with payment applications, subcontractor valuations, and final accounts when required.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in aluminum and steel industry

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing preparation

• Ability to conduct accurate site surveys

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
