Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate cost estimates

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed BOQs

• Develop cost breakdowns

• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure thorough and timely bid submissions

• Monitor market trends, labor rates, and material costs

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as an estimator in the construction indusrty

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes

• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HCSS, Bluebeam, or similar tools)

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
