About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on driving revenue by managing and expanding our retail network for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Safety Tools, and Power Tools. You will build direct relationships with retailers, hardware stores, and distributors to increase product presence and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Distribution & Expansion: Identify, visit, and onboard hardware shops, retail tool outlets, and supply dealers across the assigned territory.

• Power Tool & Safety Product Sales: Market and sell our range of power tools, safety gear, and industrial PPE directly to store owners and trade buyers.

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing retail partners to secure repeat orders, introduce new product lines, and ensure timely stock replenishment.

• Market Feedback & Strategy: Monitor local retail trends, competitor pricing, and demand to provide insights that support sales strategy.

• Receivables & Order Management: Follow up on trade orders, ensure accurate billing coordination, and assist with timely payment collection from retail clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on sales experience, specifically dealing in power tools, hardware, or safety equipment/PPE.

• Focus: Proven track record in retail market distribution (B2B retail / dealer sales).

• Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (required to manage direct sales and trade relationships with our key retail network).

• Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Licensing: Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred / required).
