Female Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Female Accountant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, practical experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to manage daily financial operations accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily accounting transactions.

• Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.

• Manage customer and supplier accounts, including follow-ups on outstanding balances.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial ledgers.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with financial analysis.

• Assist with VAT-related accounting, documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing and payments.

• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents.

• Assist with audits and other finance-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information responsibly.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
