Beu Bella Cosmetics is looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Educator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional training sessions, workshops, and seminars to salon professionals.

• Conduct daily salon visits, product demonstrations, and technical support.

• Train hairdressers on coloring, bleaching, treatments, styling, and latest hair techniques.

• Support the sales team with technical expertise during client visits.

• Recommend suitable hair care solutions and treatments.

• Organize and manage educational events, academy training, and live demonstrations.

• Build strong relationships with salons and promote our professional brands.

Requirements:

✔ Previous experience as Hair Trainer / Technical Educator ✔ Strong knowledge of hair color, bleaching, treatments, and professional hair care products ✔ Excellent presentation and communication skills

✔ Arabic Native Speaker

✔ Fluent English

✔ UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
