Female PE Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons aligned with American curriculum standards and learning objectives.

• Teach high school students a variety of sports, fitness activities, and physical conditioning exercises.

• Develop students’ physical fitness, coordination, strength, endurance, and fundamental sports skills.

• Assess students’ physical performance, participation, and progress, providing constructive feedback.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment that encourages active participation.

• Adapt activities to accommodate students’ different abilities, fitness levels, and learning needs.

• Teach students about health, fitness, exercise principles, and the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle.

• Supervise students during sports activities and ensure the safe use of sports facilities and equipment.

• Organize and support school sports events, competitions, tournaments, and extracurricular activities.

• Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and student progress records.

• Collaborate with colleagues, school leadership, and parents when required.

• Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and other school activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a closely related field.

• Recognized teaching qualification or valid teaching license in Physical Education.

• Minimum of 2 years of full-time PE teaching experience at the secondary or high school level.

• Experience teaching the American Curriculum or familiarity with US physical education standards is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of sports, fitness training, physical conditioning, and student assessment.

• Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to motivate high school students and promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
