We are looking for an experienced

Field Sales Representative

to join our team and support the growth of our integrated

Property Management System (PMS)

across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, a good understanding of the real estate and property management sector, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to prospective clients, including property management companies, real estate developers, and property owners.

• Present and demonstrate our Property Management solution based on each client’s business needs.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Manage opportunities from initial contact and presentation through negotiation and closing.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and follow-ups.

• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum

3 years of experience in field sales

, preferably in software, PropTech, real estate technology, or property management solutions.

•

Valid UAE driving license is required.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and achieve assigned targets.

• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.

Preferred Experience

• Existing professional network among property management companies, real estate developers, or property owners in the UAE.

• Good understanding of property management processes, including rent collection, tenant contracts, property maintenance, and related operations.

• Previous experience selling software or technology solutions to the real estate sector.
