Filipino Site Engineer/Accountant/Technicians (for Water Extensions Project)

Role Description

The Filipino Site Engineer/Accountant/Technicians (for Water Extensions Project) will work full time on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the delivery of water extension and related civil works. Day-to-day tasks may include supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role may involve assisting with project documentation, basic accounting or cost tracking, preparing reports, and supporting procurement and inventory control related to materials and equipment. Technicians may perform field inspections, measurements, and testing to confirm that installations meet project and regulatory standards. The position requires close collaboration with project managers, civil and structural engineers, and other stakeholders to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be comfortable working on site and coordinating field activities for civil and water-related projects.

• Candidates should possess strong communication skills to interact with engineers, technicians, contractors, and clients.

• Candidates should have experience in quality control processes, including inspections, documentation, and compliance with standards.

• Candidates should have knowledge of structural engineering principles and the ability to support civil engineers in design interpretation and execution.

• Candidates should have a background in civil engineering, construction technology, or related fields; prior experience with water or utility projects is an advantage.

• Candidates should demonstrate basic accounting or cost-control skills, particularly in tracking project expenses and preparing simple financial summaries.

• Candidates should be proficient in using standard office and engineering software (e.g., MS Office, basic CAD or project management tools) and capable of preparing clear technical reports.

• Candidates should be able to work in Riyadh under local regulations, adapt to multicultural teams, and maintain high standards of safety and professional ethics.
