Job Description:

• Manage and validate payment transactions, reconciliations, refunds, and financial entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial controls.

• Investigate discrepancies, unmatched or unallocated payments, and refund issues while coordinating with Finance, Audit, Billing, Collections, and other relevant teams.

• Prepare financial reports, reconciliation records, audit documentation, and support process improvements to enhance payment and refund operations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial operations, accounting, reconciliation, payment processing, refunds, or audit support

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, payment reconciliation, and financial controls

• Experience with SAP / ERP systems is highly preferred

• Good MS Excel skills, particularly for reconciliation and financial reporting

• Experience handling payment postings, reconciliations, refunds, audit queries, and/or financial transactions

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are an advantage, depending on the role
