Fitout Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer to supervise and manage interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, and compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.

• Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

• Manage site works involving joinery, partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, and other interior finishing works.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion according to the project schedule.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and site manpower.

• Identify and resolve technical issues and site coordination problems.

• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and project requirements.

• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities.

• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out works.

• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients and consultants when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of joinery, finishing works, partitions, ceilings, and flooring.

• Ability to read and understand technical and shop drawings.

• Good site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to manage site teams.

• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
