The team consists of 65 members, including talent from Palantir and Anduril, as well as Special Forces veterans. With $46 million in funding, the company has already surpassed 200% of its Q1 sales targets and is poised for further growth.

About the role

You’ll be a key player in delivering software solutions that directly address the logistical challenges faced by military personnel. This role involves a mix of technical and customer-facing work, requiring you to travel up to 40% to deploy and support software at military bases.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to identify challenges and design software solutions.

  • Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance in real-world environments.

  • Work across engineering, product, design, and operations teams to drive complex projects to completion.

  • Monitor and improve system reliability by analyzing metrics and iterating on fixes.

  • Balance urgency with long-term maintainability, making mission-focused trade-offs.

Why This Role Is Compelling

  • Join a financially stable startup with significant Series A funding and strong sales performance.

  • Work with a talented team including ex-Palantir and Anduril engineers and Special Forces veterans.

  • Engage in a role that combines technical development with direct user interaction in operational settings.

  • Contribute to a top 5 DoD priority by modernizing military logistics.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in full-stack development, networking, and systems integration.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, C, and C++.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in small teams.

  • Comfortable with up to 40% travel for deployment and user feedback.

This Role Is NOT For You If

  • You prefer a purely internal engineering role without customer interaction.
