Freelance B2B Sales Agent – Weddings, Events & Corporate Flowers (Commission-Based)

About us

Casa Flora is a luxury flower boutique in Dubai creating bouquets, baskets, signature boxes and statement arrangements, with same-day delivery across the UAE. We’re growing our business clients and looking for a well-connected sales agent to help us.

The role

You’ll bring in new business clients and recurring contracts, working on your own schedule with full support from our team.

What you’ll do

• Win wedding and event floral deals, working with couples, planners and venues

• Secure recurring contracts for hotel lobbies, restaurants, clinics and offices (weekly or monthly arrangements)

• Sell corporate gifting: client gifts, staff occasions, Eid, New Year, Mother’s Day and other seasonal orders

• Partner with real estate companies for handover and client gifts

• Present our portfolio, prepare quotes with our team, and follow up until the deal closes

• Keep us updated on leads and opportunities

Who we’re looking for

• An existing network in UAE weddings, events, hospitality, corporate or real estate

• Proven B2B or relationship sales experience; luxury or gifting is a plus

• Confident, presentable and well organized

• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus

• Own transport preferred

• A valid UAE freelance permit or trade license (this is a freelance role; no visa provided)

What we offer

• Commission on all paid orders from clients you bring in, for 12 months

• No cap on earnings

• Commission paid within 7 days of client payment

• Full flexibility: work your own hours, alongside other commitments

• Portfolio, price list and samples for client meetings
