Freelance Healthcare Sales Representative – Commission Based.

ERINA CO. provides AI reception solutions for healthcare clinics, helping them manage calls, WhatsApp enquiries, patient follow ups and appointment bookings.

We are looking for a highly connected freelance sales professional with an established network across Dubai. The ideal candidate already has relationships with clinic owners, managers, healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

This is not an entry level appointment setting role. We are looking for someone who knows the Dubai market, can open doors and confidently turn conversations into paying clients.

Responsibilities:

• Use your existing Dubai network to introduce ERINA CO. to suitable clinics

• Connect directly with clinic owners, managers and decision makers

• Present our AI reception solution clearly and professionally

• Arrange demonstrations and manage consistent follow-ups

• Guide prospects through the sales process until they sign up

• Maintain accurate records of conversations, prospects and results

Compensation:

• AED 1,500 for every clinic that signs up and pays its implementation fee

• Commission is paid once the client’s payment has cleared

• Earnings are completely uncapped

• Two signed clients per week would generate AED 12,000 per month

• Twenty signed clients would generate AED 30,000 and this is not an earnings ceiling

• There is no fixed salary; this is a performance based freelance opportunity

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken English and Arabic

• A strong professional network in Dubai, ideally within healthcare

• Proven experience in sales, business development or client acquisition

• Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Existing relationships with clinic owners or managers are strongly preferred

• Consistent, organised and highly motivated by results

• Able to work independently and take ownership of the complete sales process

The role is remote with flexible working hours of approximately 20 hours per week. The initial performance target is at least two signed clients per week, with the opportunity to earn significantly more through stronger results.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
