Freelance / Part-Time Data Analyst – Accounts

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Freelance / Part-Time Data Analyst with strong expertise in CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting, along with a good understanding & Expertise in Finance & Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse data from CRM, sales, customer, membership, booking, and operational systems.

• Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Identify data inconsistencies, errors, missing information, and duplicate records.

• Analyse CRM data to identify customer trends, sales opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Support reconciliation of sales and CRM data with basic accounting and financial records.

• Assist with revenue, payment, invoice, outstanding, and transaction analysis.

• Prepare branch-wise and department-wise financial and operational data reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis, CRM Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.

• Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems and CRM reporting.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including: Pivot Tables & XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP

• Good understanding of sales, revenue, customer and operational data.

Working Arrangement

• Employment Type: Freelance / Part-Time

• Working hours and schedule will be agreed based on business requirements.

• The role will be in person. (required in Office)

Pay: AED120.00 - AED125.00 per day
