Front End Developer (ReactJS and React Native)

Location: AIEMS FOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE TRADING L.L.C, Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time, based in Dubai office

Salary: AED 4000 - AED 5000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Front End / Full stack Developer to join our team where you will play a vital role in designing and developing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing visual elements and user interactions, leveraging your expertise in React, UI/UX Design, RESTful APIs to create engaging and responsive experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React and React native or Flutter or python for mobile app development.

• Customize or build backend systems and publish API to integrate UI/UX designs seamlessly into the applications.

• Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of applications across devices.

• Work with RESTful APIs to manage data exchange between frontend and backend systems.

• Participate in code reviews, contribute to team best practices, and drive improvements in code quality and design consistency.

• Enable AI / ML features to existing apps OR extend the apps with AI/ML features

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in front-end development.

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS.

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.

• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and reusable React components.

• Understand design specifications including spacing, typography, colors, layouts, and responsive behavior.

• Work with Figma to create basic wireframes, mockups, or prototypes when required.

• Ensure consistency between designs and the final implemented product.

• Build reusable and maintainable frontend components.

• Integrate REST APIs and GraphQL APIs with frontend applications.

• Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and other team members.

• Identify and resolve performance issues, UI inconsistencies, crashes, and other technical problems.

• Debug production issues using tools such as Chrome DevTools, React DevTools, Flipper, Sentry, and Crashlytics.

• Optimize web and mobile applications for performance, responsiveness, and reliability.

• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.

• Maintain clean, well-structured, scalable, and documented code.

• Assist with application deployment and publishing to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• Degree in computer science or equivalent

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and UI/UX principles for creating intuitive and visually appealing applications.

• Experience in developing, testing, and debugging across multiple platforms.

• Familiarity with version control tools like Github and AL/ML packages

• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, Python and Django

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience.

• Strong proficiency in: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, ReactJS, React Native

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, Flexbox, and modern frontend development.

• Experience with state management libraries such as: Redux / Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API.

• Practical experience with Figma and the ability to: Read and interpret Figma designs, understand spacing, colors, typography, grids, and component specifications, translate designs accurately into code, Create basic UI layouts, wireframes, or prototypes when required

• Strong UI awareness and design sense. You do not need to be a dedicated UI/UX designer, but you should understand what makes an interface visually consistent, usable, and responsive.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate issues systematically.

• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows using GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

• Experience publishing or deploying applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
