PX Health is building an ambitious consumer health and clinical technology platform.

We’re looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Full Stack / AI Engineer to join our early-stage build team as we move from architecture and design into MVP development.

You’ll work alongside our Lead Engineer, AI team, product/design and clinical SMEs to help shape and build the first version of the platform.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has 10+ years of software engineering experience

* Can work confidently across modern frontend and backend technologies

* Has strong experience with AI/LLM integration or AI-enabled product development

* Is comfortable with APIs, cloud environments and modern software architecture

* Can work independently and contribute at a senior technical level

* Enjoys solving difficult problems in an early-stage environment

* Wants to help shape a product, not simply receive tickets

Commitment: 10–20 hours per week

Term: 6 months during the initial build stage

Start: Immediate

Compensation: Competitive senior-level hourly rate. We are open to paying a premium rate for the right person. Compensation is deferred during the pre-funding/build stage, with payments linked to agreed funding milestones.
