🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications and backend services.

• Build and integrate APIs to support frontend applications and third-party services.

• Develop responsive user-facing features and connect them with backend systems when required.

• Design, manage, and optimize databases to ensure data integrity and performance.

• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data-handling mechanisms.

• Contribute to system architecture, application performance, and software reliability.

• Identify and resolve bugs, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize existing code.

• Collaborate on project requirements, technical specifications, and development milestones.

• Use Git and modern development workflows to manage code changes and maintain code quality.

• Prepare technical documentation and support testing, deployment, and project handover.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of backend development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Vue for full-stack responsibilities.

• Understanding of REST APIs, database design, and server-side application architecture.

• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, deployment workflows, and containerization is an advantage.

• Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable system design.

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, communicate technical ideas clearly, and deliver against project milestones.

• A practical mindset focused on writing maintainable, reliable, and efficient code.
