Full Stack Developer (AI-Assisted Development)

About us

We build and run multiple digital products across different industries. We need a developer who can take an idea from blueprint to production quickly and keep it running well.

The role

You'll own the full development cycle. That means turning briefs and rough ideas into technical blueprints, then building, shipping and maintaining them across several products. AI coding tools like Claude Code and OpenAI Codex will be a core part of your workflow, and you'll understand and review every line they produce.

What you'll do

• Turn product ideas into technical blueprints: architecture, data models, user flows

• Build and maintain web apps, platforms, landing pages and internal tools end to end

• Use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) to speed up development, and review, test and debug their output

• Set up and manage infrastructure: hosting, CI/CD, databases, monitoring, backups

• Integrate third-party APIs such as payments, messaging, CRM, analytics and LLMs

• Prototype new product ideas quickly and scale the ones that work

• Keep systems secure, performant and well-documented

What you bring

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience.

• Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript and Python. PHP or Go is a plus.

• Frontend: React / Next.js, HTML, CSS, Tailwind

• Backend: Node.js and/or Python (FastAPI, Django), REST and GraphQL APIs

• Databases: PostgreSQL or MySQL. MongoDB or Redis is a plus.

• Infra: AWS, GCP or Azure; Docker; Git; CI/CD pipelines; Linux server basics

• AI: Hands-on daily use of Claude Code, Codex or similar agents, plus experience integrating LLM APIs into products

• Strong fundamentals. You can read, debug and refactor code without relying on AI

• Comfortable working from a loose brief and making sound technical decisions on your own

Nice to have

• Experience building AI features such as chatbots, agents, automations or RAG

• WordPress or headless CMS experience

• Mobile development (React Native or Flutter)

• Familiarity with technical SEO and Core Web Vitals
