Our client seeks a Full Stack Developer / AI Platform Engineer to advance an AI-driven development ecosystem. The role will build developer harnesses and workflows, integrate AI coding tools, and contribute to an internal extension-sharing platform. The engineer will develop full stack applications in TypeScript and Python, analyze usage data, and serve as an AI evangelist through demos and knowledge sharing. The work will drive adoption and innovation across teams.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $80.00 to $95.00/hr. w2

What You’ll Do

Design and develop

AI-driven applications and services

to enhance claims processing and decision-making
Build and integrate solutions using

Generative AI, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to rapidly

prototype, test, and iterate (“fail fast” environment)
Develop scalable backend services and APIs to support AI workflows
Contribute to architecture and design decisions for a

growing AI platform
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into technical AI solutions

Experience Requirements

Top Must-Have Qualifications

Strong experience in

Python development

(preferred primary language) 5+ years
Hands-on experience building applications (backend or full stack) with exposure to

AI/ML or GenAI
Experience working with

APIs, distributed systems, or scalable application architecture
Proven ability to work in

fast-paced, experimental environments

with evolving requirements
