Full Stack Developer

About the Role

In Beehive Saudi, We are looking for a Full Stack Developer able to take full ownership of the technical system: Laravel services at the core, a fast and responsive web application on the front end, and a reliable, professionally designed MySQL data layer.

This role is not limited to executing assigned tasks. Its holder will take part in shaping how the company's core applications are built, how they scale, and the future direction of the engineering team, while seeing the impact of their work on users within a short period.

Responsibilities:

• Develop secure, scalable Laravel services that maintain their performance and reliability under real operational load.

• Design a responsive web experience that works smoothly across different browsers and devices, with continuous improvement.

• Manage the data layer, including MySQL schema design, indexing strategies, and query tuning aligned with the platform's growth.

• Design, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs that connect internal systems with external partners.

• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into well-engineered, production-ready features.

• Apply authentication and security best practices, and own the platform's reliability in line with approved security standards.

• Manage end-to-end deployments, including release management and update cycles, ensuring clean rollouts to production.

• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering team.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with PHP/Laravel, building and maintaining production-grade backend systems.

• Solid front-end web skills and backend integration experience, with live web applications running in production.

• Deep knowledge of MySQL, including schema design, optimisation, performance tuning, and data integrity.

• A proven track record of delivering end-to-end full stack web applications, independently and within a team.

• Strong familiarity with RESTful API integrations, authentication and security best practices, and scalable architecture.

• Experience in fintech, lending, or SaaS platforms is an added advantage, as is familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

نحن في بيهايف السعودية، نبحث عن مطوّر Full Stack قادر على تولي مسؤولية المنظومة التقنية بشكل كامل: خدمات Laravel في الجوهر، وتطبيق ويب سريع ومتجاوب في الواجهة، وطبقة بيانات MySQL موثوقة ومصممة باحترافية.

لا يقتصر هذا الدور على تنفيذ المهام المسندة، بل يشارك شاغله في تحديد كيفية بناء التطبيقات الأساسية للشركة، وكيفية توسّعها، والتوجه المستقبلي لفريق الهندسة، مع رؤية أثر عمله لدى المستخدمين خلال فترة قصيرة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• تطوير خدمات Laravel آمنة وقابلة للتوسع، تحافظ على أدائها وموثوقيتها تحت الضغط التشغيلي الفعلي.

• تصميم تجربة ويب متجاوبة تعمل بسلاسة على مختلف المتصفحات والأجهزة، مع التحسين المستمر لها.

• إدارة طبقة البيانات، بما يشمل تصميم مخططات MySQL، ووضع استراتيجيات الفهرسة، وضبط الاستعلامات بما يتناسب مع نمو المنصة.

• تصميم وتكامل وصيانة واجهات RESTful APIs التي تربط الأنظمة الداخلية بالشركاء الخارجيين.

• التعاون مع فرق المنتج والتصميم والأعمال لترجمة المتطلبات إلى ميزات مُصمَّمة بعناية وجاهزة للإنتاج.

• تطبيق أفضل ممارسات المصادقة والأمان، وتحمّل مسؤولية موثوقية المنصة والالتزام بمعايير الأمن المعتمدة.

• إدارة عمليات النشر من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك إدارة الإصدارات ودورات التحديث، وضمان طرح نظيف في بيئة الإنتاج.

• المشاركة في قرارات البنية المعمارية، والتخطيط التقني، ومبادرات التحسين المستمر على مستوى فريق الهندسة.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في PHP/Laravel، في بناء وصيانة أنظمة خلفية جاهزة لبيئة الإنتاج.

• مهارات متينة في واجهات الويب الأمامية والتكامل مع الأنظمة الخلفية، مع تطبيقات ويب فعلية تعمل في بيئة الإنتاج.

• معرفة عميقة بـ MySQL، تشمل تصميم المخططات والتحسين وضبط الأداء وسلامة البيانات.

• سجل حافل في تسليم تطبيقات ويب متكاملة (Full Stack) من البداية إلى النهاية، بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.

• إلمام قوي بتكاملات RESTful API، وأفضل ممارسات المصادقة والأمان، والبنية القابلة للتوسع.

• يُعد ميزة إضافية توفر خبرة في التقنية المالية أو التمويل أو منصات SaaS، والإلمام بـ DevOps أو خطوط CI/CD أو المنصات السحابية (AWS أو Azure أو GCP).
