Job description

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing team at our Sydney Town Hall office. This is a full-time, on-site role. Candidates must hold a valid Australian working visa. Mandarin-speaking skills are a bonus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mobile Development: Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (iOS/Android) using modern frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).

  • Backend Development: Develop and manage scalable APIs and backend services (.NET, Node.js, or similar).

  • Frontend Integration: Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces to complement mobile products when required.

  • Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) for efficient data handling.

  • Performance & Security: Optimize apps for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

  • Team Engagement: Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Valid Australian working visa (no PR required).

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Mobile Developer.

  • Strong knowledge of mobile frameworks (React Native, Flutter) and core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  • Solid backend experience with .NET, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks.

  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile-web service integration.

  • Experience using Git version control.

  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team.

  • Good communication skills (English essential; Mandarin is a bonus).

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines for mobile app delivery.

  • Knowledge of authentication systems (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth).

  • Experience with app deployment pipelines (App Store, Google Play).
