Full-Stack Developer - Federal (Lead Specialist)

Role:

Lead Specialist in a Federal Advisory practice, focusing on full-stack development and technology transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful technology development using Agile/DevOps methodologies for complex systems.

• Manage entire software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, SCRUMs, source control, and CI/CD systems.

• Analyze and develop code across full stack technologies, including cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), web frameworks (Angular, React), APIs (Swagger, RAML), backend (Java, databases), and system integrations.

• Collaborate with solution architects and product managers to evaluate and architect new applications.

• Oversee documentation to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of full-stack development experience, with preferred U.S. Federal government consulting background.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Strong understanding of modern UI and backend coding fundamentals, including JavaScript frameworks, RESTful APIs, cloud-native solutions, and DevOps tools.

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.

• Ability to travel as needed and possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance.
