We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join FinXL and drive the architectural uplift, build complex wealth calculation engines and modernise legacy platforms into a scalable, cloud-native ecosystem.
Skills and Experience

Full Stack Engineer experience
-
Experience in Java, React, MongoDB and JBoss

Experience utilising AI productivity tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude
-
Experience in Financial Advice, Wealth Management - Superannuation-Insurance or BFSI
-
Experience in XPLAN, Endeavour or Midwinter
-
Experience designing & developing robust back-end services and responsive front-end interfaces
-
Experience writing clean, secure, and scalable code and leveraging AI productivity tools

Experience integrating APIs and working within microservices architectures

Experience mentoring mid-level engineers and providing technical leadership
