Full Stack Developer- Java, Springboot, Microservices

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Java Developer / Java Architect

to lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in

Java, Spring, Kubernetes/OpenShift, AWS, and microservices architecture

, along with strong technical leadership skills.

This role will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, establishing development best practices, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, high-performance applications across cloud and containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  architecture, design, development, and deployment

  of enterprise-scale Java applications.

• Define and implement

  cloud-native, microservices-based architectures

  using Java and Spring Framework.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Design and implement solutions using

  Kubernetes, OpenShift, Tanzu, Docker, and AWS

  .

• Develop and integrate

  RESTful APIs and event-driven applications

  using Confluent Kafka.

• Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, architecture principles, and engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Mentor developers and conduct technical design/code reviews.

• Drive application modernization, containerization, and cloud migration initiatives.

• Ensure applications meet requirements for

  performance, scalability, security, resiliency, and maintainability

  .

• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices using Jenkins/Bamboo, Git, and Maven.

• Define and improve automated testing strategies across unit, integration, and UI testing.

• Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues and provide architectural recommendations.

  high-volume, highly available distributed systems

• Experience with AWS cloud architecture and enterprise application modernization.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
