Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Department: IT

Reports To: IT Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications and digital solutions that support the company's construction projects, operations, and internal business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications according to business requirements.

  • Design responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.

  • Develop secure and scalable back-end services, APIs, and database solutions.

  • Integrate applications with existing company systems and third-party services.

  • Develop solutions for project management, document control, HR, procurement, finance, and other business processes.

  • Automate manual workflows and improve internal business processes through digital solutions.

  • Manage databases, data structures, queries, and system integrations.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and system issues.

  • Perform testing, deployment, maintenance, and system upgrades.

  • Ensure application security, data integrity, performance, and reliability.

  • Work closely with project, engineering, HR, finance, procurement, and management teams to understand requirements.

  • Prepare technical documentation and provide user support and training when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in a construction, contracting, or project-based company.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

  • Good experience with Node.js, .NET/C#, Python, or similar back-end technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.

  • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.

  • Knowledge of Git/version control and software development best practices.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is an advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
