Full Stack Developer – Web & Mobile Applications

Hobber Advertising LLC is looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in building, maintaining, and optimizing websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

We are particularly interested in developers who actively use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance their coding efficiency, improve code quality, and accelerate development. AI should be used as a productivity tool rather than a substitute for programming knowledge and independent problem-solving.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing secure, scalable, and high-performance digital solutions while working closely with our management and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems.

• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Design, develop, and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.

• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, from initial planning to deployment and maintenance.

AI-Assisted Software Development

• Utilize AI-powered coding assistants to improve development speed, efficiency, and code quality.

• Use tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI development tools.

• Apply AI tools to support coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and code optimization.

• Independently review, validate, and improve AI-generated code.

• Maintain strong programming fundamentals and demonstrate the ability to develop solutions without relying entirely on AI.

• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and modern development practices.

Website & Web Application Development

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive websites and interactive web applications.

• Build scalable front-end and back-end architectures.

• Implement secure user authentication, dashboards, and application features.

• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, databases, and third-party services where required.

• Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.

• Optimize website performance, security, and user experience.

Mobile Application Development

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS.

• Build cross-platform applications using appropriate development frameworks.

• Integrate mobile applications with back-end systems, databases, and APIs.

• Implement authentication, notifications, and other application features.

• Test, debug, and optimize mobile applications.

• Support application deployment, updates, and ongoing maintenance.

Project Management & Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with management and other departments to understand project requirements.

• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Take ownership of development projects from concept to final delivery.

• Maintain technical documentation and development records.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems through automation and modern technologies.

Required Technical Skills

Candidates should have strong working knowledge of relevant technologies, including:

• Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Back-End: Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or equivalent technologies.

• Mobile Development: Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS development.

• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.

• Cloud Technologies: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent.

• API Development: RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

• Version Control: Git and GitHub.

• AI Development Tools: GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or equivalent AI coding assistants.

Candidates are not required to have experience with every technology listed above but must demonstrate strong expertise in their chosen development stack.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Developer, or similar position.

• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance coding and software development is mandatory.

• Strong programming fundamentals and the ability to write, debug, and maintain code independently.

• Professional experience developing websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development.

• Experience working with databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.

• Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and deployment.

• Ability to independently manage development projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing complex business applications and digital platforms.

• Experience integrating payment gateways and third-party APIs.

• Knowledge of AI integration and workflow automation.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps.

• Experience developing applications using Flutter or React Native.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
