Full Stack Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong C++ and Java Spring Boot experience to help build and maintain production software used in real-world product environments.

This role is primarily focused on C++, with a significant portion of the work involving on-device software,

native components, SDKs, system-level functionality, and performance-sensitive logic. Java Spring Boot is used for backend services, APIs, business logic, and platform integrations. Experience with TypeScript and React for frontend development is also important.

The ideal candidate can take ownership of complex technical problems, understand and debug existing code independently, and deliver reliable, maintainable software. AI tools may be used to assist development, but they are not a replacement for strong engineering fundamentals, code comprehension, debugging skills, or technical judgment.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, test, and maintain software using C++ and Java Spring Boot.

· Build and improve on-device software, native modules, SDKs, integrations, and performance-sensitive

components with C++.

· Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, business logic, and platform integrations using Java Spring

Boot.

· Contribute to frontend features and integrations using TypeScript and React.

· Debug complex issues across device, application, backend, frontend, and integration layers.

· Read, understand, modify, and improve existing code independently.

· Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

· Build and maintain automated tests where appropriate.

· Support CI/CD pipelines, releases, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.

Required Skills and Experience

· Senior-level professional experience with C++.

· Strong experience with Java Spring Boot for backend development.

· Experience with on-device, embedded, native, SDK, or system-level software.

· Experience with TypeScript and React for frontend development.

· Experience building backend services, REST APIs, middleware, or platform-level systems.

· Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.

· Strong ability to understand and debug complex code independently, using AI as an assistant rather than a replacement.

· Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design

patterns.

· Ability to optimize code for performance, memory usage, reliability, and maintainability.

· Experience with Git and collaborative software development.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with C++ build systems, cross-platform development, embedded systems, or device integrations.

· Optional experience with AWS or other cloud services.

· Optional experience coding in Ruby.

· Experience with containers or deployment automation.

· Understanding of security best practices.

· Experience with connected devices, digital products, gaming, subscriptions, or e-commerce systems.
